Site & Location Studies
Where should the next branch, store, or warehouse go? Grid-level location scoring across a whole city, or a deep evaluation of a single candidate site.
Send us your sales, visit, and payment history. Our analysts run it through the same optimization science that powers the Sahab platform — and return a report your management can act on within weeks. No software to install. No long contract. Your data, your answers.
You receive a one-page data request — typically four spreadsheets: customers, transactions, visits, payments. Data is uploaded through a secure, access-controlled channel and validated on arrival.
Every model is built and trained on your data, for your engagement alone — never reused, never mixed with anyone else's. A data-quality assessment accompanies every finding.
You receive a bilingual (Arabic/English) report: executive summary, quantified findings in SAR, recommendations, and full methodology. Your data is deleted after the engagement — confirmed in writing.
When should each customer be visited — and by whom — for the visit to end in a sale or a collection?
Most field teams visit on habit: the same customers, the same days, the same frequency. Your history says otherwise. The diagnostic profiles every customer's real behavior — order value, payment speed, visit outcomes — then computes the visit frequency and calendar that maximizes successful visits, and translates it into balanced territories and daily route plans your supervisors can run.
Excel exports are fine.
Where should the next branch, store, or warehouse go? Grid-level location scoring across a whole city, or a deep evaluation of a single candidate site.
Balanced sales and delivery zones built from your customer map — by drive-time, workload, and geography — with route feasibility checked before anyone drives it.
Which customers deserve more credit, and which are quietly becoming a risk? Risk scoring, payment-behavior analysis, and recommended credit limits per customer.
The hardest question in distribution: how many DCs, how many agents, serving which customers, makes the cycle profitable? A game-theoretic equilibrium analysis of your network's cost and revenue structure.
A blueprint for presale and cash-van order flow: verification gates, credit checks, and payment confirmation before a single truck moves.
Month-end COGS and reconciliation, restructured. From weeks of spreadsheet work to a repeatable, documented close.
Processed under a data agreement, for your engagement only.
Nothing trained on your data is ever reused elsewhere.
One controlled upload channel; no email attachments, no WhatsApp.
Data removed after the retention period, in writing.
These aren't generic BI dashboards. Every engagement runs on the optimization and machine-learning portfolio behind the Sahab platform — methods forged in real KSA distribution: field sales, cash-van, delivery fleets, and collections across dozens of cities. We speak Arabic, we know ZATCA-era operations, and we quantify everything in SAR.
Every engagement maps to the phase where your margin is leaking.
No. Consultation engagements are standalone. You provide data exports; we return analysis. If you later want the findings running live every day, that's what the Sahab platform is for — but there's no obligation.
Expected. Every engagement starts with a data-quality assessment, and findings are always stated against it. We work from standard Excel/CSV exports of any ERP or even manual records.
Focused studies typically run 2–4 weeks from data receipt; the flagship diagnostic 3–6 weeks.
It's handled under a signed data agreement: secure intake, engagement-only use, per-client models, and confirmed deletion afterward.
Book a working session. We'll identify which engagement answers your most expensive question — and exactly which data files it needs.
